The true story of the travelling little bear lost in Siena

The World of Figurines actually exists in real life, but only a few people are aware of it. Children, mostly, because they live in contact with imagination, and Figurines are like real things in their thoughts. And also grown-ups who tell children stories, and sometimes write them. In the story of the Traveling Little Bear, nothing in particular happens, but it’s the true story of the images that were in the heart of a childgrown- up who still lives in the World of Figurines. My goodness! What a nasty night, it’s cold, and stormy! Inside that poor little broken-down car is the Traveling Little Bear (who’s a very special toy) with his little toy Duckie. After all, can’t a toy have a toy of his own? I think he certainly can … and anyway, the Little Bear is a special toy, as I’ve already said. If he wasn’t, how would he have ended up in this situation? But let’s see now, we have to go back to the beginning of the story…
